1.In case of printed book delivery or product related concerns such as, receiving damaged book/ books, printing or binding concerns – the customer needs to share an unboxing video or photos as proof based on which Charya Publisers will issue replacement of that book . Please note that approving replacement is upon the sole
discretion of the publisher. Apart from this no other request for replacement will be entertained.
2.Refunds are not allowed .
3.For any printed book/books cancellation requests will not be accepted.
4.Replacement requests will only be accepted within 48 hours from the receiving date of the book/books by the customer.
5.Customers are requested to send the unboxing video or photos for replacement of the book/books in the WhatsApp number of Charya Publisers that is – +91-6296825371.
6.The publisher will replace the book/books within 10 days after receiving a replacement request from the customer.
